About the event
Join us for a special one-off exciting journey through the movements and sequences that have been firm favourites in our previous courses. This unique session will revisit some of our favorite techniques and deepen our understanding and mastery of them. Whether you are a seasoned 'improver' or someone who has just begun to join us in our improver classes, this class will provide an excellent opportunity to refresh your skills and reconnect with the essence of what we have learned together.
During this class, we will carefully select a variety of moves that have been particularly impactful, allowing us to explore their nuances and applications in greater detail. Each sequence will be broken down step by step, ensuring that everyone can follow along and gain confidence in their execution.
